Time-less

Busy, busy, busy,
everybody is so busy,
sighed the Poet.
One day it will be too late,
no time left
to do and say the essential.

I miss the happy sound of bees,
said the purple Tulip.
They are so purposeful
serving their Queen.
None of this happens in a green house.

Don’t tell me that you are too busy!
I hunted that mouse all the way
into the creek, and now
I need a bath,
hissed the White Cat,
dripping mud all over the place.
